Welcome to Iterate. By accessing our platform, purchasing our Framer templates, or engaging our studio for custom development, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from deploying our assets.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• 1.1. User Consent: By duplicating our components into your workspace or engaging our creative deployments, you confirm you are authorized to form a binding contract and are of legal age.

• 1.2. Binding Agreement: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Iterate Studio.

2. Services Provided

• 2.1. Studio Capabilities: Iterate provides premium bespoke solutions in motion design, WebGL, procedural animation, and high-performance Framer templates.

• 2.2. Availability: All creative manifestations, codebases, and templates are subject to network availability and studio workload, and may be updated or discontinued at our professional discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

• 3.1. Lawful Use: You agree to use our digital assets and templates for lawful purposes only and in compliance with the studio's professional intent.

• 3.2. Copyright Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your creative inputs, uploaded media, and final deployed sites do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

• 3.3. Prohibited Actions: Reverse engineering, unauthorized duplication, or technical tampering with our high-performance code systems or selling our raw templates on competing marketplaces is strictly prohibited.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• 4.1. Studio IP: All designs, source code, default 3D renders, and internal procedures provided by Iterate remain the exclusive intellectual property of the studio until the creative manifestation is paid for in full.

• 4.2. Your Output: Subject to your compliance with these terms and full payment, you retain commercial ownership of the final assets delivered by Iterate and any custom modifications you make to our templates for your own end-product.

5. Privacy and Data Use

• 5.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of the platform and our templates is governed by our Privacy Policy.

• 5.2. Technical Optimization: Technical data collected from your interactions with our components may be used to improve our procedural algorithms and WebGL code systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

• 6.1. Service "As Is": All creative manifestations, templates, and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding third-party platform stability (e.g., Framer core updates affecting component functionality).

• 6.2. Damages: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from technical glitches, platform downtime, or the performance of a manifestation outside our direct technical control.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our assets or studio services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use specific creative components or codebase access ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Iterate Studio operates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
